TULSA, Okla. — A man has been arrested after allegedly stealing a trailer from a business near 56th Street and Kingston Avenue, according to the Tulsa Police Department.
TPD said the victim called 911 on July 25 after arriving at work and seeing someone driving away with his trailer.
According to police, the victim followed the suspect until the trailer was abandoned and the driver fled the scene.
Investigators later identified the truck involved as a silver Ford F-150 and continued searching for the suspect.
On Aug. 4, officers spotted the same truck near North Sheridan Road. TPD said the vehicle had been spray-painted black, but officers recognized it by its license plate.
The suspect was booked into the Tulsa County Jail on a complaint of Grand Larceny AFCF (After Former Conviction of a Felony).
One passenger was arrested on unrelated warrants. Another passenger was released at the scene.
