“As of today, we are increasing police presence on campus out of an abundance of caution. We understand these reports may cause concern for our families,” officials said in a statement posted on social media. “The safety of our students and staff remains our highest priority, and we will share updates through official district communication channels as additional verified information becomes available.”

Officials are asking students and families to avoid reposting threatening content or spread unverified information. They are asking if you are receiving concerning messages or have any information about a potential threat to preserve the message or screenshots and report it to school officials or law enforcement. In case of an immediate emergency, call 911.
