OKLAHOMA CITY — Nominations are now open for the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation’s (OSBI) Major Crimes Investigator of the Year Award.
The award is given to an investigator who has shown a high level of professionalism, work ethics, and standard of performance. This investigator has a “willingness to complete major objectives” during investigations.
Eligible people for the award include a peace officer with a job assignment within the State of Oklahoma at the time of the investigation or a past Major Crimes Conference attendee.
The award is for case work done between July 2025 and June 2026. The winner will be awarded at the 2026 OSBI Major Crimes Conference.
