TULSA, Okla. — The Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office (TCSO) announced the arrest of a Tulsa man who was taken into custody for multiple sex abuse charges involving minors.
According to TCSO, 30-year-old Xavier Alan Williams was taken into custody on Friday by the U.S. Marshals Service Northern Oklahoma Violent Crimes Task Force, with assistance from both TCSO and Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
Williams was arrested on the following charges:
- Second Degree Rape
- Possession and Distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material
- Soliciting a Minor for Indecent Exposure/Child Sexual Abuse Material
- Using Technology to Engage in Sexual Communication with a Minor.
Williams was booked into the Tulsa County Jail with a $40,000 bond.
