VINITA, Okla. — A former Vinita Police Officer, who pleaded guilty to rape and lewd molestation of a child, is out of prison early.
We reported back in 2015 when Sean Floyd was sentenced to 20 years behind bars for having sex with a girl under the age of 16.
Court records show in 2017 a judge suspended seven years, reducing his prison term to 13 years.
Floyd is required to register as a sex offender and is current;y still under DOC community supervision.
