TULSA, Okla. — Tulsa Police are looking for a suspect, or suspects, after they say a man was shot four times at the Edenwood Apartments near Apache and Peoria.
Police say they say got on the scene a little after midnight on Sunday and found the 29-year-old victim lying outside in the apartment complex.
They say they applied a tourniquet until paramedics got there and rushed him to a hospital.
They say he’s expected to survive his injuries.
They say that he was able to talk but that he gave them no information about who shot him.
So far, police say they’ve only found witnesses who heard the shooting, not anyone who saw it.
